MMT Wellness Terms of Service

1. Services Offered
MMT Wellness provides professional mobile massage therapy services to clients located in Central Florida. All services are provided by a licensed massage therapist.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe, clean, and private space for services to be rendered.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time or being present at the agreed location.
Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked in advance via the website or approved methods.
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-shows are charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, contactless payments, or approved payment processors through the online booking system.

5. Health & Safety
Clients are expected to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
MMT Wellness reserves the right to decline service if a condition poses a risk to the therapist or client.

7. Modifications
MMT Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
